Fancy a cosy evening of film, relaxation and good company? Then come along to this third and thrilling Movie Night at the Amphitheatre!
What do you do when you’re confined to a wheelchair for weeks on end and have nothing but a window overlooking your neighbours? For photojournalist L.B. Jefferies, it starts as a pastime, but his curiosity soon turns into a dangerous obsession. When one of his neighbours across the street suddenly disappears, he becomes convinced that a murder has been committed.
Together with his clever and determined girlfriend Lisa Fremont and his nurse, Jefferies sets out to investigate. But the closer they get to the truth, the greater the risk that the culprit will catch on to them.
What begins as a bit of peeping ends up as a life-threatening murder mystery.
With Rear Window, Alfred Hitchcock proves why he is known as the master of suspense. This classic is thrilling, witty and surprisingly modern. With minimal dialogue and a brilliant visual narrative style, Hitchcock masterfully builds the tension. An absolute must-see for lovers of thrillers, cinema and mysteries.
See you at the cinema!
