Teammatch | Ballroom, Salsa and Bachata Cultural Association 4 happy feet

4 happy feet is the Ballroom, Salsa and Bachata dancing association at the University of Twente. Each year, we organise the annual teammatch. This is a night full of dancing, music, costumes, face-offs, games, and, of course: a lot of fun! The participants will be split into different teams, and they all come up with a group costume together. And you can be sure that nobody slacks off, because the best and most creative costume will get some extra points!
During the competition itself, the teams will face off during both dancing rounds and game rounds. In the dancing rounds they compete in Ballroom, Salsa and Bachata dancing. The game rounds will test their creative (thinking) skills and teambonding.
Of course, all of the teams need to be judged by a jury in order to determine who wins. That's why each year we invite an amazing jury (ballroom) dancing couple! Not only do they judge all the competitors, but they will also give us an amazing dancing demonstration in between the different rounds!
So if you’d like to see our dancers compete in order to be crowned the best team, and watch some demos by the jury couple in between, make sure to drop by the teammatch!
The 4 happy feet teammatch 2026 will take place on the 17th of November in the Vrijhof Audiozaal. The activity is free and will be held in English. We hope to see you all there!
Come watch our dancers compete to win the annual teammatch!
