Chemsex is having (group) sex under the influence of drugs. A phenomenonfrom cities like Berlin and Barcelona that is gaining popularity in the Netherlands, and is particularly popular among queer men. It creates an ecstatic form of sex that can sometimes go on for days, during which nothing else seems to matter. Is there still a way back afterwards, or does the dependence quickly become too great?
The documentary follows Davo (22), Anthony (35), and Erik (61), who each explore and push their boundaries within chemsex in their own way. The bubble they enter feels like another world in which they find complete freedom and connection. But substance use is also part of that reality. Where does that need come from?
F*CK DRUGS is not just about drugs and sex, but about the bigger story of these three queer men, who have been searching their entire lives for a place to be themselves in a world that does not welcome them.
