Painting with Coffee

A workshop by Daphne Bleeker
Here is where you will treat yourself to a relaxing, coffee-infused, painting experience. If you like the smell of coffee and want to experiment with your creativity, this is for you.
Under the super vision of Daphne Bleeker you will try out different techniques and work towards your own art piece, situated at the creative Volkshotel in Amsterdam East.
The workshop will last two hours, during which Daphne will teach you the techniques she uses while creating a painting. We will work with a strong espresso that will serve as water color paint. That, together with the black aquarelle chalk, will give the illustrations that free and flowy feeling.
There are 6-12 spots available per class. If you want to book as a group, you can also do a request for a different date and time via [email protected].
It will cost €34,95 per person, this includes all materials and there will be lemon/mint-infused water. If you want anything else to drink or eat, the Volkshotel bar has you covered!
Refunds are not available for cancellations within 36 hours in advance of the session.
You will receive an email in advance, providing the last info you’ll need. And then we are ready to welcome you for a very fun and relaxing session, midst of our favorite, spacious and creative hotel.
About Daphne Bleeker
Since 2018, Daphne’s focus has been on expressing herself through acrylic and oil painting, rooted in intuition and inspired by everyday life’s sensibilities. She bridges cultures, capturing the fragility of daily existence through symbolic representations.
She is one of the Broedplaats residents and works on her paintings in the rearwing of the Volkshotel.
“It feels like a privilege for me to be able to create art. That’s why I enjoy giving workshops so much; it provides direct connection through creativity and hopefully spreads some love.”
