Art-Gang WORM #135
- Information
Jongeren zijn vaak de voorlopers van heel veel culturele stromingen. Daarom wil WORM de nieuwe generatie jongeren een plek bieden om hun eigen cultuur door te ontwikkelen.
Elke woensdag...
In this playful connection workshop you get to meet other people through breath, movement and light touch exercises.
You will be invited to get out of your head and into your body, communicate by movement instead of by using words.
There will be elements of yoga, dance, improv theater and a sprinkle of tantra without it getting sexual.
You will be guided by Marcus (they/them) and their assistent Plenty (they/them), step by step in sync with your body, to feel it when it says yes or no and how to act on this.
Consent is key and you don’t have to do anything you don’t like.
Feel very welcome and join this playful afternoon:)
———–The workshop starts at 17:30, please be there in time!—————
About Marcus
I was blown away by how powerful, fun and healing it could be to move and breathe with people I had just met. Coming out of my first intimacy workshop as a participant I wanted to explore more. After doing this for several years I decided to start training with experienced people in the field to become a facilitator myself. It has been so rewarding to see people open up, be playful and in connection to themselves and others. Consent is a
cornerstone in all of my work and out of that a lot of beauty can spark.

So what are we going to do exactly?
This is an intimate connectivity workshop where you can connect to yourself and others in a light and playful way. You are going to breathe and move together and there is an option for exchanging light touch. The workshop will consist of connection and consent excercises and focusses on getting to know yourself and others in a pshysical way without a lot of words and thinking. There are elements of yoga, improv theater, dance and a sprinkle of tantra.
There will be a professional facilitator with assistence to guide and support you.
So is this a sex workshop?
No, there will be no kissing or sex in this workshop and your clothes stay on. There are exercises where light touch, a hug or maybe a massage can be exchanged if you feel like it.
Why would I come to a workshop like this?
This is a great way to relax, learn something about yourself and to meet people without having to go into boring chitchat. During the workshop you have the privilige to be in a room with other people that also dare to be vulnerable and playful. You can come as you are, every emotion and mood is welcome and you can be hyper, tired or anything in between. You don’t have to think about questions to ask or how to come off as an interesting person because we are not going to use a lot of words. You are going to use your body to communicate and there is no right or wrong as long as you respect yourself and eachothers boundaries.
For who
This workshop is for everybody who is curious and to try out different forms of connection to get more into your body and out of your head. Everybody is welcome as long as you have an open mind and respect your fellow humans. We love a diverse crowd of people and try to be welcoming to everybody. Age, colour, straight or part of the LHBTIQA+ family, everybody is welcome and we will try to facilitate a space where everybody can have their place. There is also no experience needed, so newbies or workshop regulars come and play!
Not sober = no admittance.
