For those who are looking to dress up and rave before vanishing back into the shadows, this Halloween will feature acts such as; RADVLAD, a delusional pop star navigating the digital abyss, Plastic Persoon, an anti-status-quo duo embodying the chaos of modern life, and SNAKEATSNAKE, a one-man electro bunker project rising from Sofia’s industrial underbelly. Curated by hiddenbehindmist, alongside a sister night programme by Psycho Klub + CRAZYWEBWIDE
RADVLAD (MK/NL)
RADVLAD is the musical project of North Macedonian, Netherlands-based artist Vladimir Vidanovski. With crunchy pop tunes, deep raver beats, and cinematic soundscapes, Vladimir explores the confluence of virtual worlds and our physical reality and its influences on queer bodies, allowing his body to become a vessel for narratives relating to identity politics and pop culture. While performing as RADVLAD, he becomes a fictional character inspired by digital media, a delusional popstar driven by Internet consumption, an ‘idol’ fuelled by the Millennial need for validation.
