Op vrijdag 23 augustus brengt John Vincent III uit Los Angeles zijn melodieuze indiemuziek naar Amsterdam tijdens een concert in Bitterzoet. Na een tournee met zijn veelgeprezen, in eigen beheer uitgebrachte debuutalbum Songs From the Valley, was John Vincent III toe aan een pauze. Bijna vier jaar later heeft de 27-jarige folk-troubadour uit Nashville en Houston die unieke ervaring gedistilleerd in zijn prachtige tweede langspeler, Songs for the Canyon.
